A large national financial services organization, seeking to improve compliance accuracy and reduce review cycle times by designing an AI-powered, integrated documentation system aimed at streamlining governance workflows, ensuring regulatory alignment, and enhancing efficiency and transparency across the enterprise.

Challenge

We set out to design a solution that could:

  • Ingest and analyze large volumes of technical and compliance documentation

  • Identify misalignments between existing and updated standards

  • Provide a clear, auditable path for implementing changes at scale

  • Minimize the manual review burden on subject matter experts

The challenge was to meet strict governance requirements while proving AI could deliver speed, consistency, and transparency without adding risk to highly regulated processes.

The proposed AI Governance Dashboard allowed:

This solution was built using established design system components (Figma + Tailwind) to speed prototyping and ensure visual consistency across the enterprise.
